SHIPPING & RETURNS
We’re thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all European orders (2-5 business days).
All orders ship from Germany. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship the next day pending credit card verification. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Time and More GmbH is not responsible for damaged packages.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days from the order ship date. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Time and More GmbH.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
All returns must be unworn and include all original packaging, boxes and tags with no signs of damage. Time and More GmbH has the right to deny refunds for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we’ve received the item/s, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the same card used for the purchase.
Time and More GmbH is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend insuring your shipment.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
How to make a return
In order to return an order, you must contact us first. To request a refund, please email email@example.com with your return request and order number. We will email you back the return address details.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. Insurance is suggested.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Within 2-3 days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
